Burger was blan and lacking even basic flavor asked for all the way got plain cheese and bacon
The ultra thin, basically a “greasy spoon” $2.50 hamburger, costs $10.
And, if that is not bad enough, the hamburger served, similar in thickness and texture to cardboard, was a hard disk, with old greasy fries.
The worse service. The buffet was from last year. And they want 13 bucks. Garbage.. Save your money and cook. Salad was ok. But that a no brainer..
In any case. Wow! The food I was served here was not only prepared poorly, awfully actually, but of low quality, similar to the cheapest food you'll find at lowest cost restaurants.
Great wait staff. Good Food.

No problem, if it was a thick, juicy, $6. to $10. hamburger that you'll regularly find, and expect to be served, in other restaurants. But, based on similar hamburger price points, the hamburgers Country Pride in Demotte serves, can fairly be described as a rip off.
Why would a cook prepare such low quality food? My guess, it's the management.
The late night woman cook did not, or doesn't care, about the quality of the food she prepares and serves customers.
Quite a departure from their super fancy, colorfully designed menus, with “gourmet' burgers.
Country Pride in Demotte, IN served me very bad food.
Based on the quality, and preparation of the food I was served, I believe management implements zero quality control. And has chosen, their isolated location, with few, if any, returning customers to satisfy, to let simple greed take over.
